City of Keller Utility Inspection

Scope of work:

CRIADO serves as utility inspector for the City of Keller and has completed seven permitted utility projects with three additional starting soon. We are responsible for certifying that utility contractors are installing all utility infrastructure according to approved permitted plans. These approved plans include Traffic Control Plan placement and verification; daily coordination with contractor to determine scheduled placement, location, and work hours; and verifying utility locates completed by the City of Keller and DigTess prior to construction start. We are also responsible ensuring no City utilities are harmed during installation. If City utilities are harmed, our utility inspector coordinates with the City to ensure notification and repairs are handled in a prompt manner.
