TxDOT Houston District, IH-45 and 69 South

Scope of work:

CRIADO is a subconsultant to WSP on a TxDOT expansion of the IH-45 corridor near downtown Houston. The CRIADO Right-Of-Way (ROW) team is assisting TxDOT and WSP with the acquisition and relocation process. We are negotiating on 12 parcels, providing title research, due diligence, presenting offers, arranging closings to obtain settlement, and acquiring easements. The project was placed on hold mid-2020, but TxDOT restarted the project in Q2 of 2023.
