We are happy to announce that we have been awarded a 4-year TxDOT ROWAPS contract! Congrats to Trent DeWitt, Right-of-Way Manager, and team for all their hard work in putting together the solicitation! We are excited to start working with TxDOT on their future right-of-way needs!
CRIADO recognizes one team member a year for the Billy Clark Award. The person is nominated by their peers for going above and beyond during the year.
The 2022 award recipient was Hilary Cade, admin assistant, for her dedication to CRIADO.
Hilary was recognized by her peers for “keep(ing) the ship afloat and without her, we wouldn’t be able to keep going. She has taken on additional tasks that she wasn’t originally hired to do and does those independently, without hesitation.” Additionally, she was identified for her positive attitude and moral boosting spirit.
The Billy Clark award is in honor of Billy Clark, who worked with CRIADO from 2015-2019 when he suddenly passed away from Lou Gehrig’s disease. During his short time with us, Billy showed true commitment and loyalty to the company. He was patient and always willing to lend a helping hand. He was immensely punctual and professional, consistently encouraging, and supportive of his team members, and above all, Billy took great pride in his work.
Billy Clark always went above and beyond for his friends, his family, and his co-workers. To be recognized as a Billy Clark Award recipient means that you uphold the highest level of regard for your position and team members; you are a team player and possess the desire to not only serve but complete all tasks with the highest level of quality, pride, kindness, and a positive attitude.
CRIADO honored current employees with prior military service on November 11 for Veterans Day. Admin assistant, Hilary, created snack boxes for the eight veterans utilizing old military ammo boxes and packed them full of goodies. She presented them at the Veterans Day event at the Dallas office, where the veterans were thanked for their service by CEO, Cristina Criado and other team members. Current employees with prior military service are Hilary, Patrick C, Nick, Chris, Rusty, Norman, Michael, and Thomas.
CRIADO held their annual Thanksgiving potluck on November 21. Employees brought pies, sides, and drinks to accompany the Hard Eight BBQ that was provided. In addition, they were able to participate in the Thankful Wall, where they were able to write down what they were thankful for this year.
Happy Halloween from our team! Our Dallas office got spooky for Halloween. We hosted a costume contest and enjoyed a scary good potluck! Congrats to our costume winners:
CRIADO performed all SUE work for the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Runway 18R/36L Rehabilitation Project for AECOM (Prime Consultant) which was awarded for ASCE 2022 Award of Merit. We are proud of the work our team has performed and will continue to perform around the DFW Metroplex. Check out the awardees here.
