Scope of work:
CRIADO provided civil design and engineering during construction phase services for this on-going contract with the City of Waxahachie that involves improvement of the wastewater collection system along Hill Street Branch and Wyatt Street (4,000 LF). This project was complex as wastewater lines are over 60 years-old, in fully developed areas, requiring TxDOT and Railroad permitting and acquisition of additional easements. The wastewater project had pipe sizes ranging from 8-inch up to 15-inch in diameter with pipe material, including DI, PVC, or HDPE. Installation methods included open cut, directional bore, jack-and-bore, and pipe bursting.
